As National Director of Marketing and PR, Linda Hayes is responsible for building the company brand across the country through advertising, public relations, digital and social media.
Linda began her career as a TV journalist, most notably as a CNN Correspondent, based in Los Angeles. She covered the Oscar's, Golden Globes and Grammy Awards and interviewed some of the biggest names in Hollywood. Prior to working the entertainment beat, Linda was a national news correspondent for the network and reported on the L.A. Riots and the O.J. Simpson double murder trial. Highlights of her TV journalism career included flying with the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and interviewing Vice President Al Gore, President Bill Clinton, and President George H. W. Bush during their times in office.
Post television days, Linda worked in media relations for Dix & Eaton, a large public relations firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Later, she formed her own PR firm with the following client list: The Cleveland Browns, The Cleveland Indians, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Morton’s Steak House, and Capstone Realty Advisors.
Linda’s passion for real estate, design and development led her to Bellwether Enterprise where she has focused on growing market share and positioning BWE as a leader in the CRE industry. Linda has a BA degree in Economics from Denison University.
National Director of Marketing & Corporate Communications
As Creative Director of Marketing, Christine is responsible for the creative direction of marketing communications, as well as company branding efforts for Bellwether Enterprise. In addition to creating emails, direct mail, brochures, newsletters and other company literature, Christine has expanded her position to include graphic design, advertising, and web-design.
After owning a retail boutique on the East Coast for several years, Christine developed a design aesthetic and marketing protocol that is based on, “never settling for the satisfactory.” She is focused on providing quality marketing support that is effective, comprehensive, and visually pleasing.
A jack of all things creative – Christine has a passion for fine arts, dabbling in oil paints and watercolors in her free time, as well as creative writing, textile arts, graphic design, and woodworking. Christine’s desire to create drives her professional work as exemplified by her attention to detail and consistency in marketing innovation.
Christine studied English Literature at Columbia University in New York City, where she focused on Creative Writing, penning original short stories, poetry, and theatrical pieces.
Creative Director, Corporate Communications
As Marketing Manager of Data and Analytics, Alyssa manages implementation and execution of marketing automation software to track, analyze, and automate marketing campaigns. She works closely with her colleagues in loan origination, servicing, and business development to create high quality marketing materials and presentations that promote new client relationships and strengthen existing partnerships. Alyssa also helps manage direct mail and email campaigns along with social media.
Having worked with and for hundreds of mission-driven entrepreneurs before joining Bellwether, Alyssa values out-of-the-box thinking backed by grit and determination. She takes pride in mastering new challenges, and has experience spearheading social media growth strategies that increased average post reach by 540% and shares by 300%, developing a crowdfunding campaign that raised over $26,000, and coordinating events serving over 1,500 guests.
Traveling, writing, and volunteering fuel Alyssa’s creativity. She is a published poet, and has won awards for her writing and photography.
Alyssa studied Entrepreneurship and English at the University of Richmond.
Marketing Manager of Data and Analytics
As Marketing Content Manager, Ryan works to tell the company’s story through the eyes of its employees and clients. Ryan is the host of "Mission Control – The Bellwether Enterprise Podcast" and executes various marketing tasks to help promote and strengthen the company brand through video and other content creation.
Prior to joining the Bellwether team, he worked as a newspaper reporter for the Chagrin Valley Times, covering numerous communities on Cleveland’s eastside.
Ryan graduated from the E. W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. He is a diehard Cleveland sports fan and enjoys spending time homebrewing beer, traveling, and experiencing the outdoors by fishing, canoeing, and hiking with his wife Liz and their two dogs, Lily and Marshall.
Marketing Content Manager
As Marketing Associate, Ryan is responsible for managing daily marketing tasks including content management, social media campaigns, and maintaining client communications in line with Bellwether Enterprise branding initiatives, specifically for the Affordable Housing and Workforce Housing Groups. Ryan’s diverse background and creative mindset allows for a very unique perspective and approach to marketing and advertising.
Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Ryan worked as a Senior Loan Closer and Marketing Manager for a Commercial Real Estate brokerage in Denver, CO. This position allowed him to navigate the Commercial Real Estate transaction process from client engagement to loan closing, while honing his marketing skills and creativity. Ryan was also an Escrow Officer for 6 years with multiple Commercial Real Estate Title Insurance companies. With experience in varying departments of Commercial Real Estate Finance, Ryan adds a unique level of expertise at Bellwether.
Ryan studied at University of Redlands in Southern California, where he graduated with honors and a Bachelor’s degree in both Psychology and Business.
